Zašto ti treba trener?

Naravno da “ima sve na netu”  i  možeš da sastaviš i trening i ishranu gledajući youtube i instagram, ali ti treba mesec dva da saznaš da li je delotvoro ili nije. Ako pak menjaš programe iz nedelje u nedelju ne znaš da li si doneo dobru odluku. Biranje metoda bez poznavanja principa se svodi na nagađanje.

Nakon 15 godina rada i više od 5000 klijenata i dugog procesa učenja mogu da ti na osnovu  trenutnih mogućnosti i ciljeva definišem i trening i ishranu, ali ne za nekoliko meseci unapred već nedelju dve. Budno pratim adaptaciju na trening i ishranu i podešavam sve vreme. I tako te trening za treningom, dan za danom,  usmeravam ka uspehu. Za uspeh je jako bitno da znaš da si na dobrom putu.

Škola za vožnju ima 40 časova iako sve postoji na internetu. Novak Đoković ima trenera iako je najbolji. Dok ne naučiš principe svaki metod ti deluje obećavajuće

Kako Odabrati Trenera?

U vreme interneta je lakše. Osim što ima fotografije svojih trbušnjaka i slike klijenata pre i nakon mršavljenja jako bi dobro bilo da ima tekstove u kojima objašnjava svoj način rada, principe ishrane i treninga i da to tebi bude razumljivo i prihvatljivo.

Zašto Onlajn Personalni Trener?

Dobri i pouzdani treneri su prebukirani. Njihovi slobodni termini su od 6 ujutru u nedelju ili one tamo nedelje u 22:30. Manje dobri treneri… Čekaj, zar ćemo da pričamo o manje dobrim trenerima? Neka Milica Nails  koja je promenila instagram profil i počela pre 3 nedelje da bude Personal Trainer ili Mića koji je bio “works at sam svoj gazda”. Zašto da se neko uči na tebi?
