Teretana vodič


 Nikad nisi vežbao.

Možda si u par navrata vezao par dana/nedelja…

Ali nikako da iz te početne motivacije stvoriš naviku, a kasnije i telo koje želiš da vidiš u ogledalu.

Ili nisi znao šta da radiš, ili ti je dosadilio ili prosto nisi video nikakav rezultat.

U suštini nisi imao nikoga da te vodi. Nekoga ko je prošao sve muke, otkrio znanje i fore zbog kojih izgleda bolje od 90% populacije.

Nekoga ko će ti pokazati pravi put. Sve do sada.

Srećom, ubrzo sam dobio pristup internetu i krenuo sa istraživanjem. Što upravo ti sada radiš!

Al nisam naišao na ovakav vodič koji će na jednom mestu razložiti najbitnije stvari, zato sam se odlučio da ga napišem.
